People
One of the most important aspects of any collaboration is having people choose to work with each other. What is notable about the people involved in this collaboration is both the cross-sectional nature of the group (with collaboration team members from different areas of the university, including academic staff, professional staff, and third spacers) and the agile way in which the group has grown and incorporated new members whenever we saw a need.
